Parisah Robinson Iles joined Carico Glowacki Macdonald Kil & Benz LLP as an associate attorney in 2023. Ms. Iles represents both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate, trust, and civil litigation matters throughout California. Her practice includes managing litigation cases from inception to trial that concern trust and will contests; fiduciary accounting disputes; breach of fiduciary duty claims; financial elder abuse; and general inheritance disputes. 

Ms. Iles has her B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society from University of California, Irvine, where she graduated magna cum laude (2012) and a J.D. from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law where she graduated with an emphasis in advocacy and dispute resolution (2015). Ms. Iles has completed forty hours of basic mediation training, and three hours of advanced mediation training in: “Mediating Civil harassment Cases.” She is also a 2019 graduate of the Orange County Bar Association College of Trial Advocacy (Civil). 

Ms. Iles began her career as a trust and probate litigation attorney in 2015.  Prior to joining Carico Glowacki Macdonald Kil & Benz LLP, Ms. Iles worked as an attorney at Roehl & Glowacki, P.C. managing trust and probate litigation cases from 2018 to 2023.  During law school, Ms. Iles worked as a law clerk in probate for two years and worked in Chapman University’s Alona Cortese Elder Law Center. 

Ms. Iles is an active member of the trusts & estates legal community in Orange County, having served on the board of the Orange County Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section since 2019, currently serving as the Chair-Elect (2024). She has served as judicial liaison and program chair of the OCBA Trusts & Estates Section.
