Paralegal

Lauren Sanchez is a paralegal and joined Carico Glowacki Macdonald Kil & Benz LLP in 2023 as part of the firm’s Trust and Estate litigation team. 

Ms. Sanchez assists the Carico Glowacki Macdonald Kil & Benz LLP attorneys with a full range of litigation tasks, including assembling and finalizing petitions and supplements, preparation of notices of hearing, trial setting conference statements, drafting notices of ruling and orders, answers to petitions, discovery requests, discovery responses, affidavits, motions, subpoenas, and pre-trial documents. In addition, Ms. Sanchez works closely with the litigation attorneys to prepare for trials and all upcoming hearings, including making sure all hearings and deadlines are calendared. 

Ms. Sanchez received her certificate of paralegal studies from University of California, Irvine, and has been working as a paralegal since 2016. Prior to joining Carico Glowacki Macdonald Kil & Benz LLP, Ms. Sanchez worked as a paralegal at Roehl & Glowacki, P.C. from 2018 to 2023 assisting both the trust litigation team and the trust administration team in various projects including reviewing and finalizing estate planning documents. Ms. Sanchez also worked as a paralegal and team lead for a real estate law firm from 2011 to 2018 where she assisted both an Unlawful Detainer attorney and Bankruptcy attorney with eviction and bankruptcy cases from start to finish. In addition, Ms. Sanchez participates in continuing education and is a member of the OCPA Orange County Paralegal Association.
