Taylor Mangan is an attorney with the firm’s trust and estate litigation group. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California.

Prior to joining Carico Macdonald Kil & Benz LLP, Ms. Mangan worked for the ACLU of Hawai’i as a University of California President’s Public Service Law Fellow. At the ACLU, Ms. Mangan worked on civil rights related litigation in state and federal courts.

Ms. Mangan graduated magna cum laude with her B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder. She obtained her J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles where she was President of the Moot Court Honors Program, Chief Articles Editor of the Disability Law Journal, and Chief Articles Editor of the Dukeminier Awards Journal. While in law school, Ms. Mangan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Phillip Gutierrez of the District Court of the Central District of California. Ms. Mangan is a member of the Order of Barristers.
